Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please try to contact us 24 hours in advance. Please note, if you do not show up for an appointment or are more than 10 minutes late you will be marked as "no show". After 2 "no shows" you will be blocked from booking another appointment. Please understand we are all volunteers and we get up and come to help you at The Center because we care about you! Please be respectful of the time and compassion our volunteers show by being on time and showing up for all confirmed appointments.
